Since joining the clinic in 2015, she has gained hands-on experience across all aspects of patient care, from assisting in procedures to monitoring patients and supporting smooth clinic operations.
Known for her calm, attentive presence and versatility, she ensures every patient receives confident, compassionate care and every client feels welcomed and supported.
Outside of work, Felicia is a devoted dog mom who enjoys spending time with her dog, Holly, combining her professional dedication with the joy of everyday moments with pets.

Veterinary Technician
Dana has a deep passion for animals and is dedicated to making each visit as stress-free as possible and takes pride in providing calm compassionate care to every patient she meets. Dana enjoys being involved in every aspect of patient care, from assisting in surgery to comforting nervous pets.
Her long-term dream is to work with wildlife in Africa, combining her love for animals with her desire to make a meaningful impact on a larger scale.
